Can I buy from Restaurant Supply Pro if I am not a restaurant owner or manager?
YES! Although Restaurant Supply Pro is more geared toward the commercial foodservice industry, it is also open to the public. Many professional kitchen utensils, cutlery and light equipment can be used in either commercial or residential settings.
What if I don't want to place my order online?

Do you charge sales tax?
Restaurant Supply Pro only charges sales tax for orders that ship to addresses in the state of Illinois; all other states are exempt from sales tax.
Can I order using a Purchase Order (PO) or purchase on credit terms?

Do you offer leasing options on equipment and supplies?
No, Restaurant Supply Pro does not offer leasing online.

No, Restaurant Supply Pro only sells new equipment.
Can I return an item?
Yes, items can be returned if they are not damaged, although in some cases, shipping and restocking fees may apply. Call or email us as soon as possible and we will issue you an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number and direct you as to how to coordinate the return.
In the event that my item breaks, how do you handle warranties?
Items sold by Restaurant Supply Pro come with the manufacturer's warranty. All warranty issues are handled directly with the manufacturer and their service agencies.
What will my shipping charges be?
Refer to our Shipping Policy to calculate your shipping charges. Oversize Charges may apply to items that are indicated as Oversized in the item description. For items being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico additional freight charges will apply.
Is there an extra shipping charge for items on backorder?
No additional shipping charges will occur after you receive your final checkout total.
Where will Restaurant Supply Pro ship to?
Restaurant Supply Pro will ship to anywhere in the United States. For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico additional shipping charges will be applied. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO and APO/FPO boxes.
Where is the shipping origin?
Many items will ship from our warehouse in the Chicago suburb of Warrenville, IL. Some items not in stock may be shipped directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse.
What shipping methods do you use?
Restaurant Supply Pro ships most items via UPS Ground. Larger items may be shipped via freight line shipments. Our preferred freight carrier is UPS Freight.
